The Cappadocia Houses project, completed in Ankara Beysukent, consists of 18 villas in 2 different types with 4 options. The usage areas of the villas are determined as 500-600 square meters and the garden is determined as 450-500 square meters. In the Beysukent Cappadocia Houses project, the villas have been designed in a way of consisting 5 rooms, 2 saloons, and a 2-car parking garage.
Each villa has a panoramic kitchen, caretaker-maid room, panoramic elevator, heated, treated and illuminated outdoor pool. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning along with underfloor heating and cooling systems.
The architectural project and concept studies of the Ankara Cappadocia Houses project, constructed on a total of 12 decares of land on two plots, were completed in approximately 1.5 years by the Group T design team, one of the foremost design teams in Turkey.
